Pricing & Credits
EventPlanna uses a credit-based system instead of monthly subscriptions. You buy a credit package once and use those credits to access paid features. Core features are always free. Credits are valid for 1 full year from purchase.
Your 200 free credits let you explore paid features like AI vendor matching, smart timeline creation, and guest management tools. It's enough to plan a small to medium event end-to-end.
Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Your free 200 sign-up credits are also valid for 1 year. You can earn bonus credits by referring friends and writing reviews to extend your balance.
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. If you've used some credits, we'll calculate a prorated refund for the remaining unused credits. Contact our support team to initiate a refund.
We accept all major Nigerian payment methods including bank transfers, debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and mobile money. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
